The mission of the CENTER FOR LAY MINISTRIES, a ministry of members of Clark County Churches, is to serve, with love and kindness, the basic unmet needs of people.

Our efforts to meet these needs include Bliss House, our residential program for women in recovery from alcohol and other drugs; emergency funds for assistance with rent, utility bills, and prescription medications; a food pantry that is open Monday-Friday; Kids Café, a children’s meal program; a Christmas basket program; and, a food home delivery program for clients that are home bound.
